The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options and a coffee bar that had great service. The staff were kind and professional, and even recommended a fantastic non-touristic restaurant. The location was really good, just a short walk away from major attractions and the train station. the experience was very good and the hotel had a charming atmosphere.

The shower in our room was tiny, making it difficult to shower comfortably. The wifi was not very powerful and limited to only 3 devices, inconvenient for us as we needed to check our emails on multiple devices.

Perfect location, central and walkable. Nice artistic touch with paintings in rooms. Good size room and bathroom. Delicious breakfast with personalized options.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of all the major sights and very close to the train station. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby and the breakfast is fantastic, with options like crepes, omelettes, and scrambled eggs made to order. The rooms are nice and romantic, and the staff is very friendly.

The climate control in the hotel could be better, as the air conditioning was not yet on during our stay.

The hotel's strategic location allowed us to easily explore Florence's main attractions and the train station on foot. The staff, especially Sara, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. Breakfast in the room was delicious with local products.

The hotel's location was beyond our expectations - just a short distance to the railway and bus station, with easy access to the City Tour bus stop. We were also able to enjoy a fine view of the Duomo by turning right and walking a few yards. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices, and the staff at the breakfast area were helpful and friendly. The bed was super comfy, and the hotel had a quiet atmosphere at night. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved staying at this place! The location was perfect, on a quiet street, yet only minutes away from the Duomo and not far from the train station. The staff here were outstanding, providing excellent service and even looking after our bags until mid-afternoon after we checked out. The room was spacious, comfortable and had great amenities including ironing facilities, tea and coffee, and a safe for valuables.

The bathroom heater was centrally controlled and couldn't be adjusted to our liking.
